Flow Stabilizing Fluctuation Reducers may be dissasembled after detachment from their piping base which remain part of the pipes.

After taking to a service location, the N2 prefill valve is vented and removed to ensure there is no Pressure in the Flexorber LP.

The 12 bolts and nuts with washers are removed so that the PTFE diaphragm can be checked.

Pressure Pulsation reduction Stabilizing "dampers" are unbolted from the Connection Block to remover for Strip Down and Service.

The block stays as part of the piping. In the repair shop all N2 is released.

After taking out the screws, the composite ptfe/elastomer/insert the membrane is examined and replaced as necessary.

This Pulse Stabiling Equipment has no moving parts needing attention, so is welded into the fluid flow line. 

The transient disturbance waves are not reflected by any change in cross section area at a gradient any steeper than an included angle of 7 degrees - which would reflect them.

The mass is accelerated down the snorcle and bursts forth from the small orifice int a dead volume without reflection points within a proximity of 10 orifice diameters. aka "discharge coefficient".

These Items for pulsing Stabilization are "chock full of rocks" that can not move as they are interspersed with glass filled PTFE balls, which allow a little movement for inbedding before permanently closing the vessel.
